 At Regional Mfg. Specialists’, our highly trained professionals will work with your company from design conception to prototype development to manufacture and delivery. Our team has years of experience designing and manufacturing toroidal inductors for use in common mode inductors, current sense transformers, input filter inductors, and switching regulator inductors.
All of Regional Mfg. Specialists toroidal inductors are computer modeled with RMS' proprietary software that allows electrical specifications to be made variable for each customer's specifications. As part of our attention to customer service and satisfaction, the technicians at Regional Mfg. Specialists computer test 100% of the toroidal inductors we manufacture. Additionally, full lot data is supplied with each packing slip if required at a nominal cost. Mechanical aspects are measured with electronic gauges that include automatic uploading into SPC software.
Products manufactured by RMS are built to UL / CUL / VDE and CE, with UL and CUL markings if required. Regional Mfg. Specialists is an ISO 9001 compliant manufacturer, with future plans of acquiring ISO registration by the end of 2007.
