RMS’ high current inductors are designed and manufactured with a range of materials that address your company’s unique needs and specifications. High current inductors are an excellent solution for applications that require low DC resistance and can withstand high transient current spikes without saturation. Encapsulated high current inductors also provide excellent resistance to chemical corrosion, moisture and salt.
 RMS designs and manufactures high current inductors for rated current up to 200 amps. Our designers and engineers have extensive experience producing high current inductors for a broad range of applications including, battery powered equipment, DC/DC converters, automotive components, load testers, and much more.
Regional Mfg. Specialists’ high current inductors are available in many different configurations and mounting options. Our high current inductors can also be designed and manufactured to comply with RoHS. Short lead times, low volume or high volume runs are no problem for RMS. We deliver the finest quality high current inductors on time and on budget.
 All of Regional Mfg. Specialists’ high current inductors are computer modeled with RMS' proprietary software that allows electrical specifications to be made variable for each customer's specifications. As part of our attention to customer service and satisfaction, the technicians at Regional Mfg. Specialists computer test 100% of the high current inductors we manufacture. Additionally, full lot data is supplied with each packing slip if required, at a nominal cost. Mechanical aspects are measured with electronic gauges that include automatic uploading into SPC software.
High current inductors manufactured by RMS are built to UL / CUL / VDE and CE, with UL and CUL markings if required. Regional Mfg. Specialists is an ISO 9001 compliant manufacturer, with future plans of acquiring ISO registration by the end of 2007.
