Regional Mfg. Specialists provides its customers with the highest quality transformers, inductors and coils (magnetics) that are available in today's marketplace. Air Core Inductor Coils
The team of highly experienced machine operators at RMS produces high quality air core inductors, air coils, and free standing coils using a variety of wire gauges, with appropriate inductance, and in many different sizes.

Box Build Assemblies
Our designers and engineers have extensive experience producing box build assemblies for a broad range of applications including, communications components, fans and fan trays, motion and process control equipment, panel assemblies, ultrasonic welding, and power conditioning components.
Custom Assemblies
As part of our attention to customer service and satisfaction, the technicians at Regional Mfg. Specialists computer test 100% of the custom assemblies we manufacture. Additionally, full lot data is supplied with each packing slip if requested, at a nominal charge.
CE / VDE Compliant Transformers
Regional Mfg. Specialists produces a wide range of quality UL / CUL / CE / VDE compliant transformers including, three phase transformers, 50 / 60 / 400 hertz transformers.
Copper Wire Inductors
RMS' team of experienced designers and engineers will work from concept to prototype development, to production and delivery, to ensure your litz wire inductors satisfy even the strictest specifications.
Copper Sheet Coils
RMS manufactures copper sheet coils in a range of alloys and a range of sizes, including narrow widths. As a result of Regional Mfg. Specialists' years of experience and state-of-the-art equipment we offer an array of services to comply with your copper sheet coil needs.
Epoxy Encapsulated Transformers
Regional Mfg. Specialists designs and manufactures the highest quality epoxy encapsulated transformers available in the marketplace.
Ferrite Inductors
Ferrite inductors are constructed of a ceramic magnetic material with ferric oxide and combinations of manganese, zinc, or nickel.
High Frequency Coils
When your application supports limited space availability, RMS also offers self supporting coils that do not require a bobbin. Self supporting coils are an excellent solution to increasing the applications magnetic capabilities.
High Current Inductors
RMS' high current inductors are designed and manufactured with a range of materials that address your company's unique needs and specifications. High current inductors are an excellent solution for applications.
High Frequency Transformers
All of Regional Mfg. Specialists' high frequency transformers are computer modeled with RMS' proprietary software that allows electrical specifications to be made variable for each customer's specifications.
High Voltage Transformers

Magnet Wire Coils
Magnet wire coils are constructed from a specific gauge of copper wire and are insulated with polymer based films rather than plastic or rubber. This polymer based insulation provides a uniform dielectric coating.

Single Phase Transformers
Single phase transformers offer excellent capabilities for auto transformers, industrial controls, isolation, low voltage, step up, and step down applications. They are also used extensively for lighting and heating applications.
Step Down Transformers
Step down transformers are used in a broad range of applications to allow lower than line voltages to be used. Step down transformers decrease incoming voltage from the power source.
Step Up Transformers
Step up transformers are widely used in many power applications. If incoming power supply voltage must be increased to accommodate a component or piece of machinery, then a step up transformer is the solution.
